Consumer Complaints: Procedures
We at the Law Office of T. Findlay Stokes take all consumer complaints seriously. We strive to make your interaction with our offices rewarding.
If there is an issue, please call our office (954-986 1778) and ask to speak with our Office Manager who is responsible for all new complaints.
The Office Manager will fill in our complaint intake form and attach any documentation which you provide. The completed form and any supporting documentation will be given to the managing partner, Tanishia Stokes, Esq.
The Office Manager along with Attorney Tanishia Stokes will evaluate the complaint. The Office Manager will contact you to inform you that your complaint in being review and we respond to your complaint within 5 business days.
Our office will make every effort to resolve your complaint. If you are not satisfied with the Office Manager and the proposed resolution, ask to speak to Tanishia Stokes for further review.
